Be Intentional and plan accordingly to focus and allow this Intensive process to run through you as it needs to.
It is imperative to hold space and extra care for yourself during the duration of the training and a for few days after.
Insure you have an environment to retire to where reflection and rest are prioritized after training each day. The curriculum of this path does not end when this course does; it is lifelong and a continual process of death, renewal and Integration. Dedication to holding space for yourself during waves of expansion and contraction is an integral part of this practice that is necessary in order to find balance and grace in-between it all.

Crystals glistening, as sound bowls resonate softly. Sacred altars stand ready, holding quiet reverence and whispering ancient truths.
Here, magicians of healing gather, sharing their knowledge and passion in a space where stories of wonder unfold like cherished tales.
A sanctuary nestled at the foothills of Griffith Park between the trees and the clouds.
It stands as a beacon of high frequencies, healing and transformation. A tranquil shrine inviting all to explore and connect with the magic and spirit of possibility.

The Autumnal Equinox falls on Sept 22nd and marks a moment of balance between the push and pull of light and dark. This celestial alignment of the equinoxes occurring only twice a year, fosters inner harmony and growth, by aligning day and night in perfect equilibrium.
Sept 22nd also marks the completion of your training. The beginning of a new era and a day of celebration, where you will hold your first joint session as LFA Facilitators.
